Do you train models on our data?

No. Your data trains nothing. Corrections improve only your firm-scoped configuration — they are never shared across firms.

Where is our data stored?

US regions, on BAA-covered infrastructure. Encryption in transit and at rest. Details in the whitepaper.

Who can see our files?

Your users, on your matters, under row-level security. Workplex staff access is contractual, logged, and limited to support you request.

Can we delete everything?

Yes. Matter-level or firm-level deletion on written request, confirmed in writing when complete.

What happens when the model is wrong?

The gate catches it. Every draft waits for attorney sign-off, every assertion is cited to a page and line, and your correction becomes firm-scoped training signal — the same error does not ship twice.
