WorkplexAI LLC provides software that helps law firms review case files and produce cited case records for attorney review. We collect the information you provide (demo requests, account details), the firm content you upload (case files, which routinely contain personal information and PHI), and standard usage data.
We handle firm-uploaded content only to provide the Services, under the firm's instructions and row-level access controls. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not use firm-uploaded content to train foundation models. Sub-processors include Supabase, Vercel, Google Cloud (Vertex AI, under a BAA), and Resend. See the full policy in-app or request our BAA.
